Al-Fao Engineering Company Announces Accelerated Construction At Al-Aziziyah Residential Complex In Wasit Governorate
The Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, announced the accelerated pace of construction work at the Al-Aziziyah Residential Complex project in Wasit Governorate. Al-Awad emphasized that the company's engineering and technical staff are making exceptional efforts to complete the project according to the approved specifications.
The Director General explained that current work is focused intensively on addressing the remaining technical issues and completing the final finishing touches on the residential buildings of categories A and B, in addition to the project's associated service buildings. Work is also continuing on the surrounding roads and plazas to ensure the complex's complete readiness.
Structural And Service Components Of The Project
The Al-Aziziyah Residential Complex aims to provide a comprehensive living environment for citizens and consists of the following main components:
▶️ Residential Units: The project includes (453) modern and sustainable residential units.
▶️ Educational and Service Facilities: The complex includes THREE schools, a kindergarten, a state-of-the-art health center, a mosque, and a fully equipped commercial market.
▶️ Infrastructure: The project includes integrated drinking water supply networks, sewage networks, and a modern stormwater drainage system.
