Within his field tour of Salah al-Din Governorate: The Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works visits Al-Dujail water project in the governorate

The Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, Mr. Benkin Rikan, accompanied by the Governor of Salahuddin, Mr. Ismail Al-Halub, visited the Al-Dujail water project in the governorate, which is being implemented by the Al-Fao General Engineering Company for the benefit of the General Directorate of Water affiliated to the Ministry.

The Minister briefed on all the project's facilities, and Eng. Saleh Khudair Salem, North Projects Manager, gave a detailed explanation of the project. The Minister praised the great efforts made by the executive staff of the project and the high experience they enjoys, which was embodied in an actual completion rate of (85%), which is higher than the planned completion rate for the project.

The Minister praised the accuracy of the implementation of the works and the high specifications approved in the implementation. This project is consider one of the projects included in the government curriculum for this year, and the people of Al-Dujail district are in dire need of it.

At the end of the visit, the Minister thanked all the workers in this project. It is worth to mention that the Al-Dujail water project has a production capacity of (4000) cubic meters / hour, and the project feeds the Al-Dujail district and surrounding areas with potable.
