The Fifth Session Of The Company’s Board Of Directors (2024)

On Tuesday, 28 / 5 / 2024, Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the fifth session of the Board of Directors for the year 2024, which included:

• The Chairman of the Council welcomed the Mrs. and Gentlemen members.

• Review the paragraphs of the previous report and the actions taken regarding them.

• Discussing the reality of the work of the current projects implemented by the company in the capital, Baghdad, and the governorates, through the Director of the Company’s Projects Department, reviewing its work situation in detail.

• The Council praised the company’s completion of eleven projects during this year and within the contractual timings and required technical specifications. This great achievement adds to her great glory.

• Review the measures taken by the committee formed to follow up on the position of the suspended projects and confirm their continuation to guarantee the company’s rights.

• The Council stressed the need for project managers to move in Baghdad and the governorates for the purpose of obtaining new job opportunities for the company.

• The Council reviewed the field visits made by the General Manager, the Assistant Manager, and the company’s advanced staff to its projects, in order to identify the obstacles facing the work and find quick solutions to them.

• The Director of the Company’s Financial Affairs Department provided a brief presentation of the overall work carried out by the department.

• Finally, review the positions (supervisory, administrative and media) and take appropriate measures regarding them.
