The Eighth Session Of The Board Of Directors Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company (2024)

Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al-Mirza, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the eighth session of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, 28/8/2024.

Session topics:

- Presenting the reality of the projects under implementation in the capital, Baghdad, and the governorates.

- Mr. Chairman of the Council stressed the need to pay attention to the projects included in the government program, follow them up, and adhere to the contractual timings for their completion.

- The Council congratulated the company for completing (16) projects during this year and to date.

- Discussing the stalled and suspended projects in detail and taking appropriate measures regarding them.

- Discussing some organizational matters of the company that contribute to its progress and prosperity.

- Reviewing the field visits of the General Manager, the Assistant and the advanced staff to the company's projects and reviewing the reality of the ongoing work in them and resolving all the obstacles facing them.

- Mr. Director of the Financial Affairs Department presented the work of the department, including approving the budget for the years (2019-2020) as well as approving the company's planning budget.

- Discussing the company’s regulatory, legal, administrative and media position and taking appropriate measures in this regard.
