General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company: Commencing the work of supplying filter materials for the Al-Dujail water project in Salah Al-Din Governorate

Engineer Imad Muhammad Abdullah, Director General of the Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, stated that the engineering and technical staff affiliated with the company in the Al-Dujail water project in Salah al-Din Governorate started on Tuesday, 11 / 4 / 2023 , with the work of supplying filter materials (media) And equipped from holly Al-Najaf Governorate, with furnishing works with layers of materials and according to the design sizes.

The Director General confirmed that the work on this project is progressing at an accelerated pace and the work continues day and night as it is a service project included in the government curriculum as one of the projects that provide drinking water to citizens.

His Excellency stated that the works are being carried out with high accuracy and with international specifications, as the production capacity of the project is (4000) cubic meters, and that the company's management continues to follow up the water projects on an almost daily basis through continuous field visits to overcome and solve all the obstacles and problems they face. And he indicated that the current works in the project are the finishing works in all facilities, adding that the current completion rate is around (83%).
