Al-Fao General Engineering Company’s Planning Budget For The Year 2024
On Tuesday, 28 / 11 / 2023, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, at the company’s headquarters. It was attended by , Mr. Assistant General Manager, Ladies and Gentlemen, Departments Manager, and the meeting discussed the company’s planning budget estimates for the year 2024.
The Director of the Financial Affairs Department provided a detailed review of the overall financial aspects and their disbursement sections, and they were discussed in detail. In light of that, an integrated budget was prepared that took into account the actual need for the company’s work requirements.
The General Manager emphasized that preparing the planning budget is one of the important means and is one of the criteria for the company’s success due to its importance in the process of (planning, control and evaluation of financial performance) and shows all expected expenses to support operational purposes and the revenues that can be achieved.
