Mr. Assistant General Manager Visits The Projects Implemented By The Company In The Sacred Karbala Governorate

Engineer Ahmed Fakhri Fayyad, Assistant General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, accompanied by Engineer Elham Rikan, Director of the Projects Department at the company, visited the presidency of the Sacred Karbala University and met with the President of the University and discussed with him the reasons for stopping work on the internal sections project for female students that the company is implementing for the benefit of the university and the possibility of finding appropriate solutions to restart the work in it.

 

He then visited the Al-Jazeera Residential Complex (2) project in the governorate, which the company is implementing for the Housing Department of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, and was briefed on the ground about the reality of the ongoing work.

During his meeting with the project manager and the resident engineer, Mr. Assistant General Manager stressed the need to redouble efforts in order to complete it within the specified period, explaining that this complex consists of (632) four-storey residential units and includes various service buildings, including (schools, a dispensary, a nursery, A kindergarten with a heavy water treatment plant, etc., and the current work is (completions) in all project facilities, and the current completion rate is (84%).

 

After that, he continued his visit to the two school projects (The Second Intifada and Umm Al-Hawa) in the governorate and reviewed the final work to complete these schools, which the company is implementing for the Office of the Sacred Karbala Governorate. He explained that each school includes (18) classrooms with a laboratory, administration, office, and sanitary facilities, as the completion rate in the two schools is more than from (85%).

 

At the end of the visit, the Assistant thanked all those working on these projects.
