Planning and follow up department
It is the link between the upper management of the company with its departments and project.
It is responsible for preparing annual work plan of the company and following up its implementation and analyzing the factors that affecting it.
It has joint action in the team of restructuring of the company in order to improve its technical and financial performance.
This department consist of six main sections as shown below:

4 – Invironmental & Occupational Safety section
5 – Computers & Information Technology section
6 – Training & Developing section
