Kirkuk Water Supply Project / Second Stage

Director General of al fao general engineering company Eng. Ammar Abdulrazzaq Issa declared that the technical and engineering staff of al-fao general engineering company continue to work in Kirkuk water project / second stage for the benefit of ministry of municipalities in spite of the difficult security conditions of Kirkuk governorate.
The project consists of:
1-concrete piles work
2-sedimentation tanks (12)
3-fast mixing tanks (3)
4-control basin
5-reversed wash
6-chemical building
7-storage tank of clean water
8-high lifting building
9-convoyer line
10-electrical energy building
11-residential houses (6), (4) of them for employees and (2) for engineers.
The cost of the project is more than (93) billion Iraqi dinar and its total capacity is (1200) m3 /hour to serve the need of whole city for drinking water for next (25) year. The completion percentage is (86.20 %).
