Al-Fao Continues Work At A Rapid Pace On The Al-Jazira (2) Residential Complex Project In Sacred Karbala

Engineer Ya'rab Qahtan Al-Awad, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, confirmed that work is progressing at an accelerated pace on the Al-Jazira (2) residential complex project in the Sacred city of Karbala. He explained that current work is focused on finishing touches in all project facilities, noting that the company has been able to advance the project despite numerous obstacles and challenges.

The Director General stated that housing projects enjoy the support of the Minister of Construction and Housing, Mr. Benkin Rikani, because providing decent housing for citizens is one of the government's objectives. He indicated that the complex includes (632) four-story residential units and contains:

♦️ A Health Clinic.

♦️ A Market.

♦️ A Kindergarten And Nursery.

♦️ A telephone Exchanges.

♦️ An Administration Building.

♦️ A Potable Water Network And Pumping Station.

♦️ Two Tanks.

♦️ Stormwater Drainage And Swage Network.

♦️ Road Works, Squares, Parks, And Garages.

This project is being implemented for the Housing Department of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities.
