Al-Fao Engineering Company's Mark: How Residential Areas In Baghdad's Al-Shaab District Are Being Developed As Part Of The "Baghdad Is More Beautiful" Campaign

Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, confirmed the continuation of work on the project to develop and rehabilitate several streets and alleys in Baghdad's Al-Shaab district. The project is being implemented by the company for the Baghdad Municipality/Al-Shaab Municipality Department.

 

The Project Includes The Development Of The Following Streets And Alleys:

1) Aden Street.

2) Fahmi Al-Mudarris Street (from Sabah Al-Khayyat Square to Al-Mashatel Street).

3) Al-Dagh Street (Neighborhood 345) in Umm Al-Kubra and Al-Ghazlan.

4) Alley (3) in Al-Basatin District (Neighborhood 348).

 

Ongoing Work Includes:

1) Construction of sidewalks and street widening.

2) Enter look and paving.

3) Lighting and rehabilitation of median strips.

4) Stormwater drainage.

 

The Director General explained that the company's staff continues to work diligently, often late into the night, despite limited funding, to expedite the completion of this vital service project, which will contribute to providing better services to citizens.

 

This project is part of the "Baghdad Is More Beautiful" campaign, which aims to improve the overall appearance of Baghdad and develop its infrastructure.
