As Part Of The Government's Service Projects, Maysan Is Witnessing A Surge In Healthcare Infrastructure Development

Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company (a subsidiary of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities), announced that the company's engineering and technical staff are continuing their work on the two main health centers in Maysan Governorate. This project is part of the government's service and engineering initiatives.

 

✳️ Construction And Technical Details:

The Director General explained that the engineering plans for the two centers adhere to modern standards. Each center consists of two floors with well-designed layouts and includes:

🔹Clinics and consultation areas for physicians.

🔹 Advanced radiology and diagnostic departments.

🔹Well-equipped warehouses for medicines and medical supplies.

🔹 Information and administration offices, in addition to comprehensive health facilities and suites.

 

✳️ Current Project Status:

Al-Awad confirmed that work is progressing rapidly and smoothly to overcome funding obstacles, revealing the actual completion rates at the sites:

1. Abi Shatib Health Center: (50%) completion rate.

2. Al-Majbas Health Center: Approximately (20%) completion rate.

The General Manager emphasized that the company is fully committed to the approved technical specifications and established timelines, affirming that the strategic objective of these projects is to improve healthcare and provide the best medical services to the residents of the aforementioned areas. This reinforces the role of the service and engineering team in improving living conditions and services throughout the governorate.
