Nineveh Celebrates The Opening Of The New Ministry Of Planning Buildings... A Mark Of Excellence From Al-Fao General Engineering Company

🔵On Sunday, May 3, 2026, Nineveh Governorate witnessed an official ceremony to inaugurate the Ministry of Planning building project. The ceremony was attended by the Governor of Nineveh, the Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, and a number of senior officials from the governorate.

🔵During the opening ceremony, the Governor expressed his deep appreciation for the role played by Al-Fao General Engineering Company, praising the precision of the execution and adherence to international technical specifications, which were clearly evident in the project's details. He emphasized that this edifice represents a significant addition to the governorate's administrative infrastructure.

🔵For his part, Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad explained that the project consists of an integrated complex comprising three main buildings dedicated to the sectors of development, planning, and standardization and quality control. These buildings are supported by service annexes, including electrical buildings, central water tanks, and an information center, as well as various halls and external works such as roads and parking areas.

🔵Al-Awad added that the engineering and technical teams successfully delivered the project within the specified timeframe and to exceptional quality, overcoming all the obstacles encountered during the work. It is worth noting that the project was implemented for the Ministry of Planning and under the direct supervision of the Buildings Department of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities.
