Mr. Director General: With Allah Blessing, All The Iron And Concrete Supports Of The Main Al-Khader Bridge In Al-Muthanna Governorate Were Installed And Fixed

Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, stated that the staff of our company continues to work on the main concrete Al-Khader Bridge project in Al-Muthanna Governorate, which the company is implementing for the Ministry of Roads and Bridges Department.

The Director General stated that our staffs installed all the concrete joists, amounting to (15) fifteen joists, each of which is (36.5) meters long, as well as the iron joists, and (10) ten joists, with a length of (18) eighteen meters each, more than for completing the casting work. The bridge deck for the first and fifth spaces, in addition to complete the sidewalk work for the middle carrot of the approaches.

His Lordship indicated that this project, which consists of (5) five spaces within the river, three of which are concrete and two steel spaces, and the work is proceeding at an accelerated pace and continues day and night in order to complete it within the specified times and in accordance with the required specifications, due to the governorate’s urgent need for this bridge as it is the (Main Bridge) in Al-Khader district. Which connects both sides of the city.
