Al-Fao General Engineering Company Holds Anti-Corruption Workshop

The Planning and Follow-up / Training and Development Department at Al-Fao General Engineering Company, a division of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities, organized a workshop entitled (The Effects Of Corruption In Public Administration). Several employees from the company and the ministry's divisions participated in the workshop, which addressed the concepts, trends, forms, and mechanisms for combating corruption.

 

❇ Workshop Objectives:

- Clarifying The Concept Of Corruption: Introducing participants to the concept of corruption and its various forms.

- Identifying Anti-Corruption Mechanisms: Discussing effective mechanisms for combating corruption in public institutions.

- Motivating Employees: Encouraging employees to adhere to professional values and ethics and to refrain from corrupt practices.

- Preserving Public Funds: Emphasizing the importance of preserving public funds and preventing harm to them.

 

❇ Workshop Management:

Mr. Hashem Hanoun Manati, Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at the company, led this workshop. He delivered awareness-raising and interactive lectures to participants and discussed ways to combat corruption and promote integrity in government work.
