✍️ As part of its integrated strategy to develop the efficiency of its human resources and enhance the capabilities of its staff, the Planning and Follow-up Department/Training and Development at Al-Fao General Engineering Company organized the second edition of its specialized training course entitled "Energy Sustainability, Environment, and Occupational Safety."
🍃 🏭 The training program lasted for five consecutive days and directly targeted the company's employees and affiliates. The importance of this course stems from its being a mandatory and essential requirement for the promotion and advancement of the company's staff.
🍃 🏭 The course featured a series of rigorous and meticulously prepared scientific lectures designed to meet the latest international and local standards. The lectures focused on three main strategic axes:
1. Energy Sustainability: Reviewing mechanisms for rationalizing actual consumption and the gradual transition towards clean and renewable energy sources.
2. Environmental Protection: Discussing scientific methods and approaches for reducing pollution and protecting the environment during the implementation of engineering projects.
3. Occupational Safety: Promoting health and safety concepts within the workplace to minimize risks and prevent injuries.
🍃 🏭 The training sessions and lectures were led by a select group of the company's specialized engineering and administrative experts throughout the event. These included Engineer Ammar Ibrahim Jassim (Quality Department Manager) and Engineer Ali Abdul Razzaq (Occupational Safety Department Manager), who helped transfer practical and applied expertise to the participants, thus supporting the company's aspirations for implementing sustainable and safe projects.
