The Sixth Session For The Board Of Directors Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company (2023)

Today, Wednesday 20/12/2023, the sixth session of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company was held under the chairmanship of Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, General Manager and Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, and in the presence of the members.

The Paragraphs Of Session

- At the beginning of the session, the Council President welcomed the members.

- The Council reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the actions taken in this regard.

- Discussing topics on the agenda, including:

1) The reality of the work of ongoing and suspended projects in detail and the necessary measures have been taken regarding them, and the General Manager stated that the company was able during this year (2023) to complete nine projects in various sectors and within the contractual timings or less than that, and it is continuing to implement other projects, especially service ones, which It has direct contact with providing services to citizens.

2) The Council reviewed the field visits made by the General Manager and the company’s senior staff to a number of the projects in various governorates to review the ongoing work therein and resolve all obstacles facing implementation.

3) The work position of the machinery and production department and the company’s financial, supervisory, legal, administrative and media position, and appropriate measures have been taken regarding them.
