General Manager: Work Continues On The Jdeideh Shatt Water Project In Diyala Governorate

Engineer Ya'rab Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, confirmed the continuation of work on the Jdeideh Shatt Water Project in Diyala Governorate, which the company is implementing for the General Directorate of Water.

He explained that this project is part of the government program, and the company continues to monitor these service-oriented projects through field visits to identify and resolve any obstacles and problems facing implementation.

The General Manager indicated that current work includes:

1) Paving the river bank.

2) Laying external and internal cables for buildings.

3) Connecting the pipes between the sedimentation tanks and the mixing basin.

His Lordship explained that the company is using modern methods to implement this project, which has a production capacity of (2,000) cubic meters per hour and supplies the Jdeideh Shatt district and surrounding villages with potable water. The current completion rate is (83%).
