Engineer Yarub Qahtan Al-Awad: Our Company Is nearing Completion Of The Presidential Villas Rehabilitation And Furnishing Project In Baghdad
Engineer Yarub Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, a division of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities, stated that the company is continuing to work in the final stages of completing the presidential villas rehabilitation and furnishing project in Baghdad, with a completion rate exceeding (80%).
He explained that the work includes the rehabilitation of presidential villas, and the scope of work includes:
• Removing all old interior finishes from the villas and rehabilitating them.
• Rehabilitating the main gate and fountain, paving the streets with asphalt, and constructing sidewalks.
• Reconstructing the external sidewalk and cladding with marble.
• Rehabilitating and planting the gardens.
• All mechanical, sanitary, and electrical works.
The General Manager stated that this project is one of the Arab Summit projects, and the company is determined to complete it within the specified timeframe or less to welcome Iraq's guests.
