Al-Fao Company Reviews Achievements And Plans New Projects At The Eighth Session Of Its Board Of Directors (2025)
Engineer Yarab Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the eighth session of the company's Board of Directors for the year (2025) on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Board welcomed the attendees. The Board then reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the actions taken in this regard.

🔹 The status of projects in Baghdad and the governorates, emphasizing the need to adhere to contractual deadlines for project completion.
🔹 The new projects referred to the company, totaling (29) since the beginning of the year.

🔹 Adherence To Contractual Deadlines: The Board emphasized the importance of adhering to contractual deadlines for project completion and took the necessary measures to resolve the problems and obstacles facing some projects.
🔹 New Projects: The number of new projects referred to the company has reached (29) since the beginning of the year, demonstrating the company's ongoing pursuit of new job opportunities.
🔹 Completed Projects: The Council commended the three projects completed by the company this month: two for the Ministry of Oil and one for the Samarra Municipality. This brings the total number of projects completed this year to (19).
🔹 Partnerships With The Private Sector: The Chairman of the Council explained that the company is entering into a number of partnerships with private sector companies in various fields and sectors, which will positively impact the company's resources and expand its work.
🔹 Field Visits: The Council reviewed the field visits made by the General Manager, the Assistant, and the company's senior staff to review the current status of the projects.
