As Part Of Its Digital Transformation, The Central Bank Of Iraq Has Launched A smart Platform To Enhance Banking Oversight And Receive Citizen Complaints

The Central Bank of Iraq announced a significant step to strengthen oversight and facilitate communication with citizens by launching an advanced electronic platform dedicated to receiving and processing their complaints and feedback related to the banking sector.

In an official statement, the bank confirmed that the launch of the "Citizen Complaints Management" platform is part of its digital transformation strategy, aiming for rapid response, receiving reports about banking services, and monitoring negative practices, thus contributing to increased efficiency in financial transactions.

 

The platform is available for use, and the public can submit their complaints through the following methods:

1) The official website of the Central Bank of Iraq (Complaints Platform section).

2) The government's online platform.

3) The QR code displayed.
