THE TWELFTH MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR Al-FAO GENERAL ENGINEERING COMPANY
2022 On Wednesday, 12 / 7 / 2022, the twelfth and final session for this year of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, was held at the company’s headquarters, headed by Eng. Ammar Abdul Razzaq Issa Al-Jubouri, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of the members.
- At the beginning of the session, the Council reviewed the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, Sir, Benkin Rikani, regarding reducing the duration of project implementation, doubling efforts and mobilizing determination for the completion of projects, especially service ones, which have a direct impact on the provision of services to citizens.
- The Council made it clear that there will be almost daily follow-up of the projects.
- The Council emphasized the elimination of all complex routines and procedures that cause delays in projects.
- The Board presented in detail the reality of the ongoing work in all the company's projects and blessed the company for completing eight projects during this year without any delay and in accordance with the contractual timings and the required specifications.
- The Board reviewed the field visits made by the General Manager and the Associate Mr. to a number of the company's projects in the governorates (Baghdad, Sacred Karbala and Salah al-Din), where the General Manager confirmed that the work is proceeding at an increasing pace in these projects, and the workers were urged to make more efforts and some were resolved Problems encountered during implementation.
- The Board reviewed the financial, supervisory, administrative, legal and media position of the company and took the appropriate procedures in this regard.
At the end of the session, the Chairman of the Board of Directors thanked all the members and wished them success and that the New Year would be an incentive to provide more efforts in order to improve the company's work.
