General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company: Activating the role of departments in the company in order to implement service projects within the ministerial curriculum

On Thursday 15 / 6 / 2023, Engineer Ammar Abdel-Razzaq Issa Al-Jubouri, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, held a meeting at the company’s headquarters, It was attended by Mr. Assistant General Manager and heads of departments. This is the sixth meeting after combine Al-Mansour General Company for Construction Contracting with Al-Fao General Engineering Company. During the meeting, the following was discussed:-

1) The organizational aspect of the company, its work mechanisms, and the development of general policies, administrative, financial, supervisory, legal, and technical lines, in accordance with the laws and instructions issued.

2) Activating the role of the mechanism and productivity department in the company. The general manager stressed the need for all project managers in Baghdad and the provinces to move to all ministries and state institutions in order to obtain special job opportunities after approving the state's general budget, and everyone should bear the responsibility for that.

3) The position of projects, especially service projects included in the government curriculum, and the need to follow up and complete these projects within the specified periods.
