Director General Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company: Our Staffs Are Putting The Final Touches To The Completion Of The Hajj And Umrah Committee Building Project In The Holy Najaf Governorate

Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, stated that the company’s engineering and technical staff are putting the final touches to the completion of the Hajj and Umrah Committee building project in the Holy Najaf Governorate, indicating that all parts of the project have been fully completed and the coming days will witness an opening celebration.

The General Manager stated that the project consists of a building with four floors and a basement, which includes (halls to receive visitors, administrative offices, a bank, a large multi-purpose hall and two residential apartments), and the building is served by an electric elevator, central cooling system, fire extinguishing system, power transformer with a capacity of (630 KV) and an electric generator with a capacity of (400 KV).

On the other hand, His Lordship mentioned that the company had previously completed several projects in the Holy Najaf Governorate, including: -

1) Al Salam Housing Complex, with (558) residential units.

2) Ministry formations headquarters building.

3) Building of the Training Center and Statistics House in Kufa District.

4) Ministry Rest House.

5) Human Rights Building.

6) Traffic control buildings.

7) The Housing complex of the Shiite Endowment.

8) Najaf Gas Plant.

It is currently ready to implement any project assigned to it within the governorate and in various sectors because it possesses highly experienced and competent staffs capable of implementing the most complex and difficult projects.
