The Third Session Of The Company’s Board Of Directors in 2024

Today, Sunday, 31/3/2024, Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the third session of the company’s Board of Directors, in the presence of ladies and gentlemen members.

At the beginning of the session, the Council President welcomed the ladies and gentlemen members, after which:

1) The Council reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the actions taken regarding them.

2) Discuss the reality of the current projects implemented by the company.

3) The Director General reviewed the results of his field visit to the projects in the Wasit and Maysan governorates and informed him of the reality of the ongoing work there and the solution of all problems that stand in the way of the progress of the work.

4) The Director General stressed the redoubling of efforts and the speed of completion of projects, especially service ones, and full adherence to contractual timings for completion.

5) His Lordship stressed the need for the Projects Department and governorate project managers to move quickly to all state institutions, governors, and governorate councils for the purpose of obtaining new job opportunities in order to maximize the company’s resources.

6) The Director of the Company’s Projects Department reviewed the position of the suspended projects and appropriate measures were taken regarding them in a way that guarantees and preserves the company’s rights.

7) Praise for the company’s completion of five projects during the first quarter of this year.

8) The Council reviewed the work position of the Machinery and Production Department and the company’s financial, supervisory, administrative and media position, and appropriate measures were taken regarding them.
