- Al Jazeera Residential Complex Project (2), which the company is implementing for the Ministry of Housing Department, which includes (632) four-stores residential units with all service buildings, and the current work is (finishes) in all project facilities.

- A project to build a two-stores school with (18) classes in the Second Intifada neighborhood, and the project is currently in the process of completion.

On the other hand, the General Manager stated that the company is proud to have completed many projects in the governorate, including:

1) City of visitors.

2) Deanship Building of the College of Arts.

3) Umm Al-Hawa School in Al-Hindiya District.

4) Housing Fund Building.

5) Human Rights Building.

6) Indoor sports halls.

7) Developing the area between the Two Holy Mosques.

8) Gas Filling Company Building.

9) Karbala Construction Laboratory Building.

10) Deanship Building of the College of Education for Human Sciences.

11) Karbala Gas Plant.

His Lordship stated that the company is ready to implement any project assigned to it that serves this sacred province.
