The Second Session Of The Board Of Directors Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company 2025

Engineer Yarab Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the second session of the company's Board of Directors this morning, Sunday, 23/2/2025.

At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Board welcomed the attendees and expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation and solidarity of everyone in order to advance the reality of the company's work. After that, the Board reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the measures taken regarding them.

Then, it discussed the topics included in the agenda, including:

1) Work on projects in the capital, Baghdad, and the governorates by reviewing the positions in detail and then taking appropriate measures regarding them.

2) The Board praised the company's completion of three projects during this month.

3) Reviewing the field visits of the General Manager, the Assistant, and the senior staff to the company's projects in order to stand on the reality of the work and the obstacles facing implementation and take solutions and treatments for them.

4) The Board discussed the company’s regulatory, legal, administrative and media position and took appropriate measures in this regard.
