The Third Session Of The Board Of Directors Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company For 2025

Engineer Yarub Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the third session of the company's Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Board welcomed the attendees. The Board then reviewed the previous minutes and the actions taken in this regard. The Board then discussed the topics on the agenda, including:

• A detailed review of the status of projects in Baghdad and the governorates, and appropriate measures were taken.

• The Board emphasized the need to prioritize service-oriented projects and projects included in the government program, emphasizing full adherence to contractual deadlines for their completion.

• A review of the field visits made by the General Manager, the Assistant, and senior staff to the company's projects was conducted to assess the company's current work and the obstacles facing implementation. These were addressed.

• The Board discussed the company’s regulatory, legal, administrative and media position, and appropriate measures were taken in this regard.
