Fourth Session Of The Board Of Directors Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company 2025

Engineer Yarub Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the fourth session of the company's Board of Directors on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Board welcomed the attendees and reviewed the previous minutes and the actions taken in this regard.

The following items were discussed on the agenda, including:

1) A detailed review of ongoing projects in Baghdad and other governorates, including the Arab Summit projects. The Board commended the company's completion of the project (rehabilitation and development of the VIP lounge and administrative wing in the Nineveh Terminal at Baghdad International Airport), and its ongoing completion of the project (rehabilitation and furnishing of the presidential villas in Baghdad).

2) The Board emphasized full adherence to contractual deadlines for project completion.

3) Discussing the company's operating expenses, the Board praised the measures taken by the company to significantly reduce and streamline spending over the past period.

4) Reviewing field visits conducted by the company's General Manager, Assistant Manager, and senior staff to its projects, to assess the company's operational status and the obstacles facing implementation. Solutions and remedies were adopted.

5) The board discussed the company's regulatory, legal, administrative, and media position, and appropriate action was taken.
