Al-Fao Company Organizes Workshop To Build Women's Capacities In Conflict Resolution And Negotiation Skills

📗 The Media, Public Relations, and Citizen Affairs Section of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, an affiliate of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities, organized a workshop as part of the National Strategic Training Plan for Iraqi Women, entitled "Building Women's Capacities and Skills in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills."

📗 A number of female employees from the company and other ministry departments participated in the workshop, which aimed to involve women in reconciliation and conflict resolution efforts and to promote a culture of peaceful coexistence in society.

📗 The workshop was led by Ms. Nada Sabri, Senior Manager in the company's Administration and Finance Department.
