Mr. General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company and Mr. Assistant General Manager visit the auditoriums halls building project at Al-Nahrain University Engineer Imad Muhammad Abdullah, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, and Engineer Salem Abbas Ali, Assistant General Manager, visited the project of building auditoriums halls and showrooms at Al-Nahrain University in Baghdad Governorate, which the company is implementing for the benefit of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

They were briefed on the field on the ongoing work in the project, and the Director General gave some directives, including the intensification of the volume of work within the work site and the need to follow up on the project’s belongings and financial dues, in coordination with the resident engineer, to expedite the implementation of the work.

The Director General indicated that the current works are the finishing works in all the paragraphs of the project, adding that the cost of the project amounts to more than eight billion Iraqi dinars, and the current completion rate is around (71 %)  He stated that this project consists of:

 

1) A building containing forty classrooms

2) Two large auditoriums

3) Various rooms and offices.

4) Eight water circulation.

5) Four kitchens.

6) Two cafeterias.

 

The work also includes structural support and central air conditioning works, in addition to electrical and sanitary works, and all external site works.

 

At the end of the visit, the Director General thanked all the workers in this project.
