ANNOUNCEMENT OF DECLARE BIDDING NO. (1) FOR THE YEAR 2026

AL-Fao general engineering company / ministry of construction and housing & municipalities and public located in Baghdad / Al-Alawi / Museum Square, announces a declare bidding to sale, (Consumable Materials Details To Follow) at the Salah Al-Din section site, on (Wednesday 11 / 2 / 2026 at 11 AM). In the event that the day of sale coincides with an official holiday, the sale shall take place on the following day accordance with the provisions of the Law of Sale and Rent of State Funds No. (21) Of (2013).

Those who wish to participate in the bidding must visit the Salah Al-Din section site, bringing with them official documents and a certified check for the account of AL-Fao general engineering company amount of (8.210.000) Eight Million Two Hundred And Ten Thousand Iraqi Dinars, which represents (20%) of the estimated value.

These who win the bidding must pay the Advertising cost which is (2%) of the value of the sale, which must be paid in full, the materials must be removed from the site within a period of (15) fifteen days” from the date of notification of the ratification. Otherwise, storage fees of (0.5%) Iraqi dinars are collected for each day of delay and for a period (30) thirty days” after which the buyer becomes consuming and the deposits will be confiscated…With appreciation.
