The Twelfth And Final Session Of The Company's Board Of Directors 2024

Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the twelfth session of the company's board of directors today, Sunday 22/12/2024.
At the beginning of the session, Surat Al-Fatihah was recited for the soul of the late Engineer (Jassim Hashim Attia), Director of the University of Nahrain Project, who passed away today (may Alah have mercy on him and grant him a place in his spacious gardens).
Then, the General Manager reviewed the projects completed by the company during this year, amounting to (26) projects, which are considered a qualitative leap in implementation and achievement, and he explained the great impact and endless support of His Excellency the Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities (Mr. Benkin Rikani) in these achievements, as well as the distinguished role of the company's board of directors in drawing up successful policies and plans to achieve the company's goals.
After that, the Chairman of the Council praised the role of
1) The Financial Affairs Department and their great efforts in the field of (paying most of the debts, collecting the company's financial dues, paying retirement deductions, organizing the work of the warehouses and their current efforts to amend the company's capital).
2) The Legal Affairs Department in resolving most of the lawsuits in favor of the company.
3) The Human Resources Management Department as the supporting body in following up on the rights and entitlements of employees, and stressed that these achievements came as a result of the solidarity and cooperation of everyone.
Then the Council reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the measures taken regarding them, and discussed the topics included in the agenda, including:
• The status of the projects' work, where the Director of the Projects Department in the company reviewed the status of the projects' work in the capital, Baghdad, and the governorates, and appropriate measures were taken for them.
• The Council reviewed the field visits made by the General Manager, the Assistant and the senior staff in the company to its projects to see the reality of the work in progress in them, and to overcome all obstacles facing the implementation work.
• The Director of the Financial Affairs Department reviewed the work of the department.
• The Board discussed the company’s regulatory, legal; administrative and media position and appropriate measures were taken in this regard.
At the end of the session, the General Manager wished everyone success and further progress and prosperity for the company.
