Seventh Session Of The Board Of Directors Of Al-Fao Engineering Company For 2025

Engineer Yarub Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao Engineering Company, chaired the seventh session of the company's Board of Directors on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Board welcomed the attendees. The Board then reviewed the previous minutes and the actions taken in this regard.

♻️ The Status Of Projects In Baghdad And The Governorates: The Board reviewed the projects in detail and emphasized the need to adhere to contractual timelines for project completion.

♻️ New Projects: Approximately (24) new projects were referred to the company this year, demonstrating the significant efforts made by the company's management to secure new job opportunities.

♻️ Partnership With The Private Sector: The Board commended the steps taken by the company to review applications submitted by private sector companies to enter into partnerships to implement work for various government ministries, study the economic feasibility, and select the best ones to maximize the company's resources and achieve its goals and prosperity.

♻️ Performance Evaluation: The Board commended the significant efforts made by Mr. (Sadiq Abdul-Ridha Hattab), Director of the Company's Internal Audit and Control Department, during his tenure.

♻️ Field Visits: The Board reviewed the field visits made by the General Manager, the Assistant Manager, and the company's senior staff to review projects and find appropriate solutions to problems and obstacles facing implementation.
