General Manager Of Al-Fao Company: Work Continues On The Balad Water Project In Salah Al-Din With A Capacity Of (4,000) M³/Hour
Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, stated that work is continuing on the supplementary works project for the Balad water project in Salah al-Din Governorate, which the company is implementing for the General Directorate of Water.
🔷 Accelerating Pace Of Implementation:
He explained that the work is progressing at an accelerated pace and according to the established schedule. Current work is focused on the civil aspects of all project facilities, including the four sedimentation tanks, high- and low-pressure pumping stations, power plants, and filters.
🔷 Project Importance And Specifications:
The General Manager stated that the project has a production capacity of (4,000) m³/hour and will supply the Balad district and surrounding areas with potable water. The implementation period is (720) days at a cost of approximately (62) billion dinars, and the company is committed to implementing it according to the latest international standards.
🔷 Other Water Projects Under Implementation:
The Director General stated that the company is also implementing the Jdeidet Al-Shatt water project with a capacity of (2,000) m3/hour in Diyala Governorate, and the Hasiba Al Sharqiya water project with a capacity of (4,000) m3/hour in Anbar Governorate.
