The First Session Of The Board Of Directors Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company 2025

Engineer Yarab Qahtan Abbas Al-Awad, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the first session of the company's Board of Directors today, Thursday 30 / 1/ 2025.

At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Board welcomed the attendees, after which the Board discussed the items included in its agenda, including:

- Reviewing the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the measures taken regarding them.

- The company's financial position in detail, as the Chairman of the Board stressed the concerted efforts of all and the need to move on all ministries and state institutions in Baghdad and the governorates to obtain new job opportunities for the company in order to maximize its resources, and follow up on the company's financial dues from employers, and stressed the need to reduce expenses..

- The Director of the Projects Department in the company reviewed the work status of all projects in Baghdad and the governorates, and the necessary measures were taken regarding them.

- The Board praised the company's completion of the first project at the beginning of this year. - Discussing the regulatory, legal, administrative and media position and taking appropriate measures for it.
