Mr. General Manager: Samarra Street Development Works Are A Step Towards Improving Services

Engineer Ya'rab Qahtan Abbas Al-Awad, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, announced the near completion of a project to develop a main street in Samarra District, Salah al-Din Governorate.

The project includes the development of a street (3,300) meters long and (50) meters wide, with (4) main lanes. The street starts from the Qadisiyah Intersection, passes through Hawally Al-Muthanna, and reaches the Rashid Intersection.

He added that the scope of work includes (street paving, street planning, installation of lighting poles, enter look works, sidewalk painting, and curbstone works), and the completion rate has reached (97%) to date.

It should be noted that the project is under the supervision of the Public Works and Maintenance Department as part of the Services and Engineering Effort Team projects.
