Amidst wide turnout: Al-Fao General Engineering Company holds elections for its new board of directors for its employees in the provinces (Baghdad, Diyala and Wasit)

This morning, Sunday, 28 / 5 / 2023, at the headquarters of the Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, elections for the new board of directors of the company took place after the merger of Al-Mansour General Contracting Company with Al-Fao General Engineering Company, and today’s elections are held for employees of the governorates (Baghdad, Diyala and Wasit) after the supervising committee completed the elections for the project people in the provinces (Babylon, Basra, Salah al-Din, Anbar, Kirkuk and Nineveh) over the past days, with a participation rate of more than (90%).

Today's elections witnessed a very high turnout by members of the polling booth to choose their representatives in the new council freely and democratically.

Note that today the process of counting and sorting the votes will take place in all branches of the company in Baghdad and the provinces under the supervision of (the supervising central committee). Headed by Eng. Ali Abdul Hussein Saleh, Assistant General Manager of the company, and in the presence of Mr. Falah Muhammad Musa, Director of the Legal Consultation Department in the Legal Department at the headquarters of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works. The names of the winners will be announce from among the nominees, who are two main members and one reserve member.
