The General Manager Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company Chairs A Meeting Of The Company’s Department Managers And Directs The Need To Eliminate Complex Routine Procedures
On Tuesday, 9/1/2024, Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired a meeting with ladies and gentlemen, heads of departments in the company, to discuss the regulatory procedures and the financial, supervisory, administrative and legal aspects therein.
The Director General instructed the following: -
1) Follow up on project work and the company’s financial dues.
2) Redistribution of staffs.
3) Legalization of exchange.
4) Forming committees to re-examine granting additional hours and food.
His lordship directed the necessity of eliminating all complex routine procedures, which are the main reason for delaying the speed of responses to official letters and the obstacle to the speedy implementation of work.
