Fourth Session Of The Company’s Board Of Directors (2024)

On Tuesday 30 / 4 / 2024, Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, chaired the fourth session of the company’s Board of Directors for the year (2024).

- The beginning of the session, Mr. Speaker of the Council welcomed the ladies and gentlemen members.

- The Council reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the actions taken regarding them.

- The General Manager reviewed the results of his field visit to the company’s projects in the governorates of Babylon and sacred Karbala, and stated that the company completed four projects during this month and is continuing to complete the remaining projects.

- Discussing the reality of the work of the current projects implemented by the company in the capital, Baghdad, and the rest of the governorates, through the Director of the Projects Department, reviewing its position.

- The Council discussed the position of the suspended projects, including the Wasit Governorate projects, and appropriate solutions will be developed to restart work on these projects in a way that guarantees the company’s rights.

- Then the Chairman of the Council proposed the idea of forming an association called (Retirees’ Care Association) and hosting them for the purpose of benefiting from their experiences, ideas and proposals in a way that serves and enhances the reality of the company’s work and development.

- The Board reviewed the financial, supervisory, administrative and media position of the company and appropriate measures were taken regarding it.
