Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al-Mirza, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, is reviewing the ongoing work in the project (Cultural Center Building in Kadhimiya, Baghdad) and explains that the work is proceeding according to the required technical specifications, and directs some observations that will speed up its completion.

His Lordship states that the project consists of four floors that include (halls, various rooms and warehouses) where the current completion rate is (90%) and is being implemented for the benefit of the Martyrs Foundation and under the supervision of the Public Works and Maintenance Department.
