Director General Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company: Our Company Continues To Work On The Al-Aziziya Residential Complex Project In Wasit Governorate Despite The Financial Difficulties Therein

Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, visited one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, accompanied by Engineer Abdul Wahab Basil Abdul Latif, Director of the Projects Department at the company, the Aziziyah residential complex project in Wasit Governorate, which the company is implementing for the Ministry’s Housing Department.

He was briefed on the ground about the ongoing work in it and made some observations to solve the obstacles facing the implementation work despite the financial difficulties therein. Then he met with a number of workers and assured them that His Excellency the Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works (Mr. Benkin Rekani) pays great attention to the housing sector as it is one of the important service sectors that has a direct impact on providing adequate housing for citizens and we will continue to work for the purpose of completing these projects entrusted to the Ministry as quickly as possible.

His Lordship summarized that the project consists of (453) housing units that include various service buildings, including ((2) schools, a kindergarten, a market, a mosque, a health center, etc.) and the current completion rate is around (80 %).
