Director General Of Al-Fao Company: Our Supplementary Works On The Ministry Of Planning Building Complex Project In Baghdad Are Progressing Steadily To Deliver A Fully Integrated Administrative Complex To The Highest Quality Standards

Engineer Ya'rub Qahtan Al-Awad, Director General of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Municipalities, stated that work is continuing on the supplementary works for the Ministry of Planning building complex in Baghdad. He added that the project is being implemented for the benefit of the Ministry's Buildings Department within the timeframes stipulated in the contract and in full compliance with the required technical specifications. The current completion rate is approximately (40%).

Project Components:

🔹 Main Building: Consists of five floors, each containing (administrative offices, meeting rooms, computer labs, service rooms, and restrooms).

🔹 Exterior Works: Roads, gardens, and parking.

Ongoing Works:

🔹 Electrical Works: Laying pipes for the chilled water system and air ducts.

🔹 Mechanical Works: Installation of two elevators.

🔹 Plumbing Works: Installation of sanitary fixtures.

🔹Finishing Works: Interior and exterior finishing.
