Al-Fao General Engineering Company, affiliated with the Ministry of Construction and Housing, continues its field work to develop and rehabilitate the agricultural area of Al-Adel neighborhood (Shaker Al-Ani) in Baghdad, as part of the initiatives of the government's service and engineering team.
The company's management affirmed its technical staff's commitment to completing the project according to the highest approved specifications and within the established timeframes. The ongoing work includes a comprehensive infrastructure modernization package encompassing:
✳️ Water And Sanitation: Laying new water and sewage networks, each (1,700) meters long.
✳️ Road Rehabilitation: Paving three main streets, covering an area of (8,000) square meters, with an equivalent area paved with interlocking pavers.
✳️ Alley Development: Rehabilitating (11) internal alleyways and constructing a (1,200) meter-long central drainage channel.
For his part, the company's general manager emphasized the project's great importance, noting that it will alleviate the suffering of the area's residents and provide essential services to more than (400) housing units, in line with the government's vision for urban development. The area is witnessing significant cooperation and widespread support from residents for the engineering teams, facilitating the work's progress.
