The First Meeting Of The Company’s Board Of Directors (2024)

On Monday, 29/1/2024, Engineer Imad Tawfiq Al Mirza, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors, chaired the first session of the Board of Directors (2024), in the presence of ladies and gentlemen, members of the Board.

Meeting Paragraphs

1) Review the previous record and the actions taken regarding it.

2) Review the reality of the company’s projects (under implementation) in detail.

3) The Council President’s directive to pay great attention to the service projects included in the government curriculum and the service and engineering effort projects and to fully adhere to the contractual timings for their completion.

4) The General Director’s emphasis on developing and activating the company’s technical workshops and production laboratories in order to support its projects.

5) Praise the company’s completion of a project (Cathodic Protection System For (LPG) Tanks At The Royal Tulip Al-Rasheed Hotel) during the month of January (2024) and emphasize the resolution of suspended projects.

6) A review of the field visits made by the General Manager, the Assistant Mr. and the senior staff in the company, where the General Manager stated that his visit to the projects in the governorates of (Diwaniyah, Babylon and Sacred Karbala) was to see in the field the reality of the ongoing work there and to solve all the obstacles facing implementation. He urged the workers to redouble their efforts in order to complete them within the specified times and with the required specifications. The visit resulted in a meeting with the Governor of Babylon in order to obtain financial dues for the company and new projects.

7) The Council was informed of the work position of the Machinery and Production Department and the financial, supervisory, administrative and media position of the company, and appropriate measures were taken regarding it.
