General Manager Of Al-Fao General Engineering Company: Four Major Housing Projects Implemented By The Company In Iraq
Engineer Ya'rab Qahtan Al-Awad, General Manager of Al-Fao General Engineering Company, a division of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities, stated that the company is implementing four residential complexes in Iraqi governorates, comprising (1,925) housing units. These residential complexes are being implemented in the governorates of Karbala, Wasit, Diyala, and Babil. This achievement is evidence of the company's leadership in implementing large and advanced infrastructure projects.

🔷 Al-Jazeera (2) Residential Complex: (632) housing units in Karbala Governorate for the Ministry's Housing Department.
🔷 Al-Azizia Residential Complex: (453) housing units in Wasit Governorate for the Ministry's Housing Department.
🔷 Al-Khalis Residential Complex: (360) housing units in Diyala Governorate for the Ministry's Housing Department.
🔷 A residential complex in Babylon: (480) housing units in Babylon Governorate for the benefit of the Governorate's Diwan.

The General Manager confirmed that work on these complexes is in the advanced stages, noting that the company's management has been able to overcome the obstacles and difficulties it faced, especially on the financial side, thanks to the significant support provided by His Excellency the Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities (Mr. Benkin Rikani) for this service sector is considered one of the government’s priorities and is important in terms of:
