THE THIRD MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR Al-FAO GENERAL ENGINEERING COMPANY 2023

On Sunday, 19 / 3 / 2023, the third session of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Al-Fao General Engineering Company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, was held at the company’s headquarters, headed by Eng. Imad Muhammad Abdullah, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of the members. At the beginning of the session, the meeting dealt with the topics included in the agenda, as follows:

- The council reviewed the paragraphs of the previous minutes and the actions taken in this regard.

- The Council discussed in detail the position of the work of the projects implemented by the company in various governorates, where the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors reviewed the results of his field visits to the water projects implemented by the company in the governorates (Salah al-Din, Anbar and Diyala), as well as to the Khalis Housing complex project in Diyala Governorate and he indicated that the works are proceeding in natural manner, as well as the evaluation of the volume works. The necessary measures were taken to overcome some obstacles facing the work in the felid.

- The Council stressed the need for all project managers in Baghdad and the provinces to move to find jobs opportunities in order to maximize the company's resources and employ workers. The evaluation criterion will be based on these data.

- The Board praised the company's completion of two projects, namely:

1) Maintenance and rehabilitation of cooling towers in the Light Oils Authority for the benefit of the Ministry of Oil / Central Refineries Company.

2) Establishment of roofs for general materials in Baiji refinery stores for the benefit of the North Oil Company.

- The Council reviewed the field visits made by Mr. General Manager, Mr. Assistant and the advanced staff in the company to a number of projects in order to see on the field the progress of the ongoing work in them.

- The Director of the Machinery and Productivity Department presented a report on the overall work carried out by the department (production stands for production plants and technical workshops).

- The Board reviewed the financial, supervisory, administrative, legal and media position of the company and took the appropriate measures in this regard.

At the end of the session, the Chairman of the Council affirmed the determination and determination of the company's management to move forward in the completion of all its projects within the specified times.
